**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Create detailed technical drawings and 2D/3D models using Rhino 6, AutoCAD, V-ray, Innoplus ( Professional 3D Bathroom Design Software - 3D photorealistic image) and Photoshop
- Photoshop rendering post-production.
- Innoplus: Professional 3D Bathroom Design Software - 3D photorealistic image
- Works closely with the Technical Design Team and Creative Team to develop designs meeting design requirements and lifestyle images.
- Preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specification
- Ensure precision and attention to detail in all drawings
- Review and revise existing drawings as needed
- Maintain organised project files and documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Prepare plans, preliminary sketches, working drawings and detailed specifications
- Interpreting plans, regulations, and codes of practice.
- Preparing, editing, and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings.

**Qualifications and Requirement**:

- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in Architectural Draftsperson.
- At least 2-3 years proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson
- Experience in the architectural drafting field.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints.
- Strong personal organisation and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, and must be able to work both solo, and in a team environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $73,150.00 - $74,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
