**Quantity Surveyor** seeking a

**About the role**
We are partnering with a leading global provider of integrated solutions (engineering | environmental | design |construction), to source a skilled
**Quantity Surveyor** with extensive commercial | mining | industrial construction experience, to join their on-site team at a Battery Energy Storage System facility in
**Kwinana.**

**What’s involved in the role**:

- Quantity Surveying
- Estimates
- Reporting
- Budgets
- Contract risk reviews
- Cash flow analysis
- Claims costings and variations etc

**If successful, you will be rewarded with**:

- Highly competitive industry rates
- Circa 14 month temp contract
- 5:2 Monday to Friday (50 hours per week)
- Opportunity to join the delivery team for a renowned global consultancy

**What Skill Set Do I Require?**
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly in large-scale energy construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CostX, Buildsoft, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor of Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
