Gardener

Yulong, a leading Victorian Thoroughbred Stud, situated near Nagambie, are seeking an additional Gardener to assist in our day-to-day operations.

We are looking for people that enjoys being part of a team, has a good work ethic and previous experience in a similar role or who has a passion for gardening.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Usage of plant, equipment, tools and personal protective equipment.
- Maintain & keep driveways, stormwater drains & pedestrian walkways clear of rubbish, leaves & debris.
- Maintain and operate machinery in a safe and orderly manner and identify and report any health and safety issues.
- Ensure garden areas are always presented to a high standard.
- Assisting with general maintenance of grounds when required.
- Other duties as requested from time-to-time.

To be considered, you must present the following:

- Current Driver’s Licence.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
- Experience in a similar role or have a passion for gardening
- Relevant qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Current Chemical Safety Certificate (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Excellent time management skills and eye for detail.
