**CFC Team Member**:
We are extremely excited to share with you an opportunity to be a part of the first Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Rochedale, Queensland, one of our large scale dedicated online facilities. This CFC will offer Home Delivery, Crowd and our first ever CFC Direct to Boot offer.

Join us in providing a little good for our online customers. Our Rochedale team will:

- Shape the future of online shopping in Queensland
- Be part of the first CFC in the State, which provides a dedicated fulfilment offering at a larger scale.

As a CFC Team Member, your main responsibility will be ensuring you pick quality products online customer orders and loading it onto trucks at a fast pace. Team members may be trained and work in multiple departments across a CFC. These departments include Replenishment, Dispatch, Fulfilment, Fresh and Inventory. Shifts and hours may vary depending on order rosters.

The Woolworths Customer Fulfilment Centre has been purpose built to service our online customers. This new look format store provides greater benefits to our online customers through enhanced range and faster delivery.

**When you will be needed**:
This site operates 24 hours a day, and meeting the needs of our customers is our number one priority and right now. We need new team members who can work flexible hours between 4.00am and 10.00pm across the 7 days of the week.

As a CFC Team Member you have the opportunity to make our customer experience is enjoyable every time as part of your role will be to ensure on-time departure of home delivery trucks. A key part of your role is to coordinate customer orders to make sure they are physically available and ready to go out the door on time, thereby ensuring delivery to our customers in their own homes at the time they selected.

As a CFC Team Member you will work in a fast paced, cooperative team environment, where you will enhance the customer shopping experience. Your positive attitude and strong initiative will allow you to coordinate customer orders onto our trucks and be physically out the door on time to meet customer deliveries.
