We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for full-time permanent Sales Support Merchandise to

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:

- Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
- Assisting customers with pricing and product queries
- Processing counter sales
- Maintaining safety processes
- Assisting with merchandise campaign material
- Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
- Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries

**What we’ll love about you**:
We are keen to hear from people with a high focus on customer service, problem solving skills, the ability to think outside the square and get the job done. You’ll also have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- Experience working within a sales environment
- Effective written and verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
- Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Forklift licence required; MR licence desired but not essential
