Ventia are seeking a **Civil Maintenance - Delivery Team Lead **to join our Yarra Valley Water contract. Our Civil teams maintain underground water and sewer systems in the Yarra Valley region and are seeking a Delivery Team Lead to manage the service delivery of the field triage, crews, and subcontractors with a focus on efficiently and effectively ensuring KPI compliance as well as leading the way for exceptional customer experience for YVW customers.- This is a permanent full-time position and can be based in **Coburg **or **Mitcham**.**Duties**:

- Manage & coordinate personnel & resources to undertake works allocated
- Plan and schedule work to optimise resources
- Provide expert technical advice to field staff when required
- Supervise staff to work safely, productively, efficiently, and effectively as an integrated team
- Maintain effective documentation, timesheet processing, invoicing & reporting
- Prepare scoping documents for the purpose of quoting

**About you**:

- Strong supervisory skills and experience within water or gas industry and excavations works highly considered.
- 5+ years field experience in water and sewer underground network maintenance
- Certificate III - Water Operations, desirable but not required
- Certificate III - Civil Construction, desirable but not required
- White Card
