Act as the key liaison between the Coles and McCain teams to ensure successful management of the end to end supply chain process. Responsible for all relevant McCain Foods (Aust) Pty Ltd policies & procedures. Support the execution of Chain of Responsibility governance across all areas of McCain operations.
**About the role**
- Manage multiple daily/weekly reports for Coles & McCain teams. Provide root analysis on key KPI’s and make recommendation on actions
- Accurately execute daily orders taking into consideration factors including supply risks, promo performance, allocation utilisation and inbound profile, etc. Exception management on manual order intervention with a view to resolving any urgent supply concerns
- Full-load planning daily for Coles Collect volume in NSW/QLD/WA and Non Coles Collect volume in VIC
- Manage daily all non-Coles Collect bookings
- Regular store visit and work with Coles Supply Chain team to identify opportunity to reduce store gaps to ensure maximum OBSL (outbound service level) while maintaining adequate DC days cover
- Review and adjust daily the 35-day inbound profile to achieve optimal truck efficiency using parameters such as Supplier Group Rounding and Supplier Rosters in Coles system
- Closely track daily deliveries into Coles DC’s and follow up in a timely manner on any non-conformance - ASN errors, delays, shortage, damages and rejection with relevant parties (Coles Collect Team, McCain Distribution Team, Coles DC’s, 3PL’s and transport carriers) and contribute to closing returns/claims within 30 days
- Align regularly with Coles Inbound Planning and Coles Collect Team on unexpected volume
**About you**
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role FMCG Industry
- Experience as a VRP (Vendor Replenishment Planner), ISP (Integrated Supply Planner) highly desired
- Confident knowledge on the Chain of Responsibility legislation Experience
- Highly developed planning and organisational skills with the ability to efficiently schedule own time and activities to meet all project time frames
- Motivated to seek action beyond specific position requirements
- Gives clear direction, logical, leads by example, understands, and follow company standards of work
- Significant and demonstrable capabilities that confidently lead & influence people across different teams
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to formulate and achieve effective, cost-efficient activities
- Knowledge of temperature controlled product handling and storage requirements in a SAP Environment highly desired
