Our client is a highly regarded, successful industry superannuation fund with strong values and a highly collaborative and supportive culture. They have one of the most loyal membership bases of any industry super fund.

If you have experience in event planning and execution both in person and virtually, as well as strong communications skills, this could be the opportunity for you to gain experience in a member focused Financial Services business.

Some of the activities that you would be involved in include:

- Coordinating events as a sponsor organisation such as booths, branding and participation, highlighting their presence within the industry.
- Organising education seminars and webinars to assist members plan and understand retirement options.
- Maintaining the national events calendar, ensuring upcoming events are promoted on the website, and conducting post-event reporting.
- Marketing and communications such as web-articles, contributing to campaigns and brand projects.
- Manage display and merchandise stock and distribution for events.

Your experience and skills would include:

- Marketing/event planning experience, ideally in the financial services sector.
- Strong planning and goal setting ability.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects including events with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent data-base skills with experience in developing reports.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Being a team player, liaising with internal stakeholders and service providers, focusing on the best outcome for our members.
- Strong service and integrity values that enable us to support and improve the retirement outcomes for our members
