**Lead Service Planner (Temporary Opportunity up to 12 months)**:

**In this role, you'll**:
Be responsible for researching, analysing and interpreting data to translate collated information into effective and efficient bus timetables.

Using Hastus scheduling software you will review and develop service planning specifications and operating strategies to meet future passenger demand.

This role will see you modify existing scheduling and timetables as well as build new ones to provide better services and value for money outcomes for the people of NSW.

**We have x5, temporary fixed term positions until 30/09/2025, offering hybrid working from our Elizabeth Street office.**

**About you**

You’re someone who has extensive experience in scheduling coupled with a strong understanding of scheduling bus operations and how this impacts passengers.

Drawing from your strong analytical background you will analyse and interpret data and translate this into effective and efficient bus timetables.

With exceptional attention to detail you will strive to work to tight deadlines and take pride in delivering brilliant business outcomes.

You will be able to easily demonstrate your previous experience in similar works as well as your well-developed problem solving skills, along with sound oral and written communication.
