**About the role**

We’re seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Representative to join our Austral Bricks® office in Rochedale, Queensland. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in a range of service and sales enquires across our wide range of Brickworks building products, providing an exceptional customer service experience.**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provide high quality service to both internal and external customers;
- Assist in the development and growth of the Austral Bricks business as a front-line company representative;
- Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the Company’s products and services;
- Provide assistance to the Sales Representative;
- Complete data entry of orders, credits, returns, stock and pricing enquiries; and
- Ensure the office, work areas and displays are always maintained in a safe, tidy, clean and presentable manner.

**Success Requirements**:

- Knowledge of building industry and of building products (preferred).
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preferred).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
