Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently looking for a versatile Front Office Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis, working a minimum of 28-35 hours per week. There is potential for this position to become permanent after a 1-month period in a casual role.
- Greet, register and assign rooms to guests ensuring room keys are issued correctly.
- Able to troubleshoot emergencies under fast pace environment. Have the ability to handle the pressure of a very busy service.
- Provide a prompt response to all guest enquiries and requests, communicating relevant information to other departments where necessary.
- Make and confirm reservations ensuring you offer correct rates and attempt to up-sell.
- Provide the correct information to guests about the different outlets around the resorts
- Excel in a high volume, fast-paced & fun environment

You must be available to work on at least one day on weekends and public holidays.

Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $27.46 - $29.00 per hour

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
