**About The Company**:
Our client focuses on repairing and maintaining trucks and trailers, offering comprehensive fleet management services with a flexible approach. They provide complete service solutions, including servicing, repairing, maintaining, and modifying various vehicles such as prime movers, rigid trucks, trailers, forklifts, and cranes.

**About The Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of this position is to assess and ensure the safety of vehicles by identifying any mechanical issues, structural defects, or safety hazards that may pose a risk to the driver and others on the road.

Reporting directly to the** Owner** some of your responsibilities will include:

- Performing comprehensive vehicle inspections to assess safety and identify mechanical issues, structural defects, and safety hazards.
- Utilising specialised diagnostic equipment to conduct tests, analyse data, and troubleshoot problems related to electronic systems, engine performance, and emissions.
- Adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines to ensure compliance with safety regulations, emission standards, and established inspection procedures.
- Documenting and reporting inspection findings with attention to detail, providing clear and concise reports.
- Offering professional recommendations for necessary repairs, replacements, or maintenance based on inspection results.

**About You**:

- 5 years + experience post-trade qualification
- Completed an Australian Motor Mechanical Trade Qualification
- A current manual WA Australian Driver's License
- A high attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards work tasks
- A passion for Vehicles, learning and career growth
