**G.James Safety Glass (Victoria) is commissioning a brand new state of the art "Industry 4.0" automated glass processing facility on our current site in Campbellfield, Melbourne.**

**The Role**:
We are looking for
**a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Sales Team, **responsible for identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. You will:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and follow leads on prospective customers and sales leads with existing stakeholders
- Communicate, engage, and correspond in an effective manner with all key stakeholders
- Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis
- Reporting via CRM

**The Applicant**:

- Experience within the Glass and Glazing industry is essential
- Previous experience within a sales-based role is preferred but not necessary
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication across key stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Must hold valid Driver’s License
