Assistant Manager - Go to Market

- Hybrid role - 5 days per fortnight in office
**How will I help?**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager for the Go to Market squad within the Mortgage Customer Journey Village, to support operations and communications to our broker and partner channel audiences. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of operational tasks and providing essential support to the Go to Market team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Broker & Partner Channel Campaign Management**: Oversee the accurate build, test, Quality Assurance (QA) and deployment of communications and campaigns, ensuring data integrity and effective communication with our broker and partner base.
- **Manage CRM Salesforce reporting and data health**: Utilise Salesforce and Adobe Analytics to generate reports, monitor data quality, and support data hygiene initiatives.
- **Manage BAU changes for Broker and Partner channels**:Facilitate pricing and policy updates for Broker and Partner networks across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- **Support team Admin**:Handle team's accounts payable, invoicing, budget tracking, procurement processes for our GTM channels, and JIRA (Agile) support, maintaining up to date accuracy and adherence to financial procedures and ways of working.
- **Support team with website and OBI updates**:Assist in updating our website content and managing changes to One Bank Intranet (OBI) including website briefs for new work, ensuring information remains current and user-friendly.
- **Support team with collateral maintenance**:Maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, and sales materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
- **Support team with approvals of Marketing material**: Manage approvals of communication material from key stakeholders and SMEs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and branding guidelines.
- **Agile Scrum Master**:Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Foster collaboration, transparency, and efficiency within the team, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.

**What do I need?**
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years+) in marketing operations support
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Previous experience in Financial Services and Broker channel is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with Tableau reporting: Experience in creating reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- **Agile Scrum Master certification is preferred.**
