**THE POSITION**:

- The position includes but is not limited to;_
- Personal assistant support to a Senior Manager within the business
- Meeting & greeting clients, attending meetings & functions
- Compiling of agenda's, minutes, proposals etc
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Preparing client reports
- Corporate Events
- General administration assistance

**THE CANDIDATE**:

- Previous PA AND/OR Property Administration within the property industry is essential
- Immaculate presentation and great communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Desire to work hard, and progress within the business
