We are seeking an experienced Joinery Draftsperson with joinery experience to join our team in Emu Plains in New South Wales.

As a Joinery Draftsperson your everyday responsibilities will include the following:

- Drafting shop drawings based on Architectural plans and Site measurements
- Working with project managers to document changes and edits to drawings.
- Perform quality checks and cross checks
- Advice on and submit proposals for new software or add on modules
- Participate in team problem solving and brainstorming sessions
- Reporting on project and system updates and compliance to management
- Provide training to staff on software updates/changes including documentation
- Excellent listening skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people is essential
- Strong time and management techniques
- The drive to see tasks through to completion, including revaluation and re-drawing
- The ability to be working on numerous and diverse projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a CAD / CAM Software Engineer, including at least 12 months experience in the Australian construction industry

A solid knowledge of Microvellum, AutoCAD and various SAAS including Odoo, Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace will be highly regarded:

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
