As a passionate people person, you'll be the "First Point of Contact" for the residents and various internal and external stakeholders to help ensure the smooth running of the village building. You'll provide front-of-house administrative support, and have a customer-centred approach to your work. We are looking for a Receptionist & Administration Assistant that is organised, friendly, have the ability to work autonomously and is able to build relationships well. This is a unique role where you will be required to complete front-of-house administrative duties, assist with resident queries in the building and will enjoy a high level of autonomy.

**About the role**:

- This is a permanent full-time role working Monday-Friday 9-5pm.
- Provide general administrative support including reception duties, greeting residents & visitors and ensuring the building is safe and secure.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as residents, visitors, contractors and fellow company colleagues.
- Provide a caring, safe and inspiring environment that supports our residents in living their lives to the fullest through the latter stage of their ageing journey
- Complete general ad-hoc duties delegated to you by the Regional Operations Manager as required

**About you**:

- Experience in an Administration or Receptionist position (essential)
- Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (essential)
- Experience in a customer-facing environment (such as Retirement Villages, Tourism, Corporate Office or Hospitality)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate work, meet deadlines and enjoy working autonomously
- Current Police Check certificate (required, but we can complete for you)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)
