**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for lenders, broker supporters, or banking lenders and customer sales advisors that are looking to break into the Mortgage Broking industry and grow their experience faster.

In this role you will support our Members and Brokers by undertaking the standard administrative and para broking tasks to help our Members get advice quicker, with better quality and make decisions sooner.

**How does it work?**

The role is broken down into three key elements:
1. Para Broker

Review information collected by the broker and initial preliminary recommendations, gather supporting documents from our Member via our digital portals, and help create a tailored Home Loan Strategy for our Member together with the Broker.

2. Application Submissions

When our member has agreed to proceed, you'll use our cutting edge technology to quickly prepare all the required Compliance and Lender Application paperwork, gather signatures from our Members and prepare the file for submission to the lender.

3. Loan Tracking and Settlements

Once the loan has been submitted to the lender, you'll help to track and review progress, and ensure that the lender is meeting their agreed SLA's whilst keeping our Members well informed of progress and next steps along the way.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You should have an eye for detail whilst being able to move at pace.
- Ideally, you have some lending experience and background - ex banker, loan processor or junior brokers will thrive with our focus on mentorship and learning.
- A strong work ethic, ability to motivate yourself and set, achieve and exceed goals and targets will mean that you will join some of the most successful brokers in the industry.
- Your focus on an outstanding member experience will mean that your members will come back time and again, and send you their friends and family through word of mouth referrals - this is your biggest driver
- Ideally you will have or are in the process of completing your Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking. If you have not completed this, we will assist you with your training also.
