**About the role**

We're looking for a Casual Field Representative to join Retail Select Team and provide a range of service options to Bunnings stores in Bendigo that enable our Dulux, Cabot’s, Selleys and Yates brands to continue to grow and win in the marketplace. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

The focus of the role is to deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to a specific our service level agreements and to support, train and deliver in-store projects. You will be an in-store ambassador for our business and build strong relationships with both the Bunnings and the DuluxGroup teams.

In this autonomous role, you will play a key role in enabling our sales teams to execute their roles, support their in-store strategies and provide the best possible shopping experience for our consumers. You will also have the opportunity to understand our marketing fundamentals from the ground up.

Flexibility is an important part of this role as is the ability to travel between Bunnings stores in the Bendigo area. You will be someone who embraces change, is eager to learn and grow complimented by your passion for providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining key customer relationships
- Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation
- Maintaining in-store displays
- Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
- Assist with major planogram initiatives

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable)
- Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have your own vehicle
- Sound computer skills
- Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
