As a highly experienced and creative Revit Drafter, you will design innovative and cost-effective large industrial building designs, including modelling from civil works to final landscaping. Working with the Design Manager, you will enjoy project variety and global customers working on projects across Australia, taking ownership of projects with a strong focus on delivering designs beyond traditional limitations, attention to timeframes, finishes and cost-effective construction.

To succeed in this role, you will love being a part of a high performing team working on projects including warehouses, factories, cold stores, food processing facilities, retail and commercial developments and mining infrastructure (excluding residential). You will have excellent design capabilities using Revit, time management skills and high-level client care.

**Duties**
- Model entire projects from civil through to landscaping using Revit
- Co-ordinate and manage Fire, Mechanical and Electrical Consultants
- Work closely with the Design Manager, taking ownership of projects
- Ensure Quality Assurance
- Project document control
- Progress reporting to the Design Manager
- Communicate effectively with attention to detail
- Build effective teams with high-level leadership and management skills
- Work to project program to meet deadlines and budget

**Criteria**
- Minimum 6 years’ experience working as a Revit Drafter
- Experience working on industrial projects (not residential)
- Creative and innovative design skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong planning (look-ahead) skills
- Confident and looking to exceed in all facets of your work
- Delivering on time and on budget
- Exceptional communication skills
- A "can do" positive attitude and confidence
- Enthusiastic and keen for the opportunity
