**About the Role**:
We are recruiting Allied Health Assistants (AHA’s) to join our team of Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Physiotherapists as part of the Emergency Multidisciplinary Assessment Team (EMAT) at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital within the Central Adelaide Health Network (CALHN). The EMAT team uses a ‘home first’ approach and is committed to hospital avoidance, improving patient outcomes and supporting timely discharge back to the community. Our team is flexible and adaptable, interchanging between working in the Emergency Department (ED) and community setting.

AHA’s work under the direction of EMAT allied health professional staff, assisting with the safe, efficient and professional provision of allied health services and supporting improved clinical outcomes for patients.

We offer flexibility with a range of shifts available across 7 days.
