**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced Revit Documenter to join our Property team. This exciting role is new to the team structure as we expand our store development projects. Reporting into the Group Manager - Store Design Development, you will be responsible for the preparation of full documentation packages and work closely with visual merchandising and leasing teams. This is a full-time role based at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of 2d and 3D visualisations to assist in design reviews, approval and presentations
- Preparation of full documentation packages to assist in tendering and construction
- Assist in the production of a Just Group standard documentation library for use in project work
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Visual merchandisers, leasing team and the broader Property team
- Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to ensure projects deliverables are met on time and within scope

**Skills & Experience**
- A qualification in Architecture or drafting
- Minimum 3 years professional experience
- Strong technical skills with a good understanding of Revit modelling, detailing and documentation
- Strong knowledge of shop fitting, joinery, metal fabrication, general construction methods
- Knowledge of Adobe creative suite and Microsoft office
