We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Executive Assistant within our IM&T function. You will be supporting our Head of IMT - Digital Portfolio Delivery which will give you the opportunity to contribute to key business activities, exciting projects and system improvements. This role will be based out of our Sydney office and is a 12 month fixed term.

**Your new role**:
As the EA to the Head of IMT - Digital Portfolio Delivery, you will to use your exceptional organisational and assertiveness skills to ensure they are always prepared and never miss a deadline or action. You will build a strategic partnership and be valued across the function. In more specific terms you will:
- Complete Diary and inbox Management
- Provide confidential high level administrative support to them and their teams
- Assist internal & external stakeholders with administrative queries
- Be responsible for day-to-day organisation and prioritisation under mínimal supervision with mínimal input
- Schedule and book any travel including Per Diems
- Complete monthly credit card in line with business requirements
- Schedule and co-ordinate both internal and external meetings and conferences including catering, presentation materials and logistics
About you

- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
- Team orientated with the ability to work with a variety of people
- Be responsive and results driven
- Motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Interested in Information Technology
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- An ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in Defence industry (desirable)
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Suite along with SharePoint & Oracle (desirable)
- Current Baseline Security Clearance - preferable
- Previous experience in a similar role
