**Your opportunity**

As a **Distribution Centre Manager** for Lincoln Sentry's largest warehouse, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a large team and facilitating the delivery of flexible and cost-effective distribution solutions. This high-impact role involves supporting the GM in achieving business goals and establishing practices that nurture and foster a positive team culture. You will navigate a high standard of productivity, staff engagement, and well-being.

Based out of Acacia Ridge with flexible working options, this is a brilliant opportunity to make an impact across the business. The role is seen as a pathway into further leadership roles

**Here’s what you’ll achieve here**:

- Develop and manage operational and customer service excellence in the Acacia Ridge Distribution Centre
- Ensure that the Acacia Ridge Distribution Centre meets DuluxGroup standards, and achieves customer service, safety and cost targets
- Lead the continuous improvement of the site safety culture
- Bringing in efficiencies and reducing costs to create industry-leading service levels

**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong leadership experience
- Solid experience within warehousing, distribution and supply chain
- Experience implementing warehousing projects and change management
- A proactive approach to Continuous Improvement
- Confidence with inventory management systems
- The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements
