**The Opportunity**:

Lead the development and implementation of the agency’s property strategy, policy and procedures while also overseeing leasing and fit out projects. You will have the opportunity to travel to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide.***

**The Role**:
You will assist the Director of Property & Business Support by delivering the capital works associated with national accommodation strategy. This involves managing a range of stakeholders including end users, landlords, external agencies, consultants, and head contractors to deliver a program of works.

**Your Background and Experience**:

- Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal skills
- Written and oral communication skills to a high standard
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use a positive and proactive approach to problem solving
- Exercise sound judgment, high level of initiative, flexibility and ability to set the direction for a team
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills key

**You must be an Australian Citizen and have a current Baseline or NV1 Secruity Clearance.**

**Salary / Rate**:

- $105,820 - $127,577 + 15.4% Superannuation
- S26 or long term non-ongoing opportunity
