**About The Opportunity**

Due to continued growth and success we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic SAP Security Analyst to join our Governance Risk and Controls (GRC)team situated at our brand-new offices in Notting Hill.

The primary focus of this role will be to manage risks, improve controls and support the identification, assessment and management of security protocols/policies in SAP primarily. In this pivotal role you will develop and execute a program of works that will shape and enhance our security risk profile in line with the growth aspirations and values of the TTI business.

**Reporting directly to the Access Controls Manager your day-to-day duties will include**:

- Support the Access Controls Manager in ensuring system GRC controls are effective with no prevailing violations
- Support implementing a risk-based approach for identifying, assessing and managing security gaps in SAP and related systems
- Develop strategies to mitigate control deficiencies
- Execute an audit plan on system access controls in line with the GRC Internal Audit Plan
- Assist in systems security improvement projects in line with future growth plans for the business

**About YOU**

**To be successful in this role you will have a proven background in SAP Security with a strong focus on SAP GRC including Segregation of Duties (SOD) mitigation and remediation in addition to the following skills and attributes**:

- Strong understanding of Request Management and User Access Control, including scalability of catalogue items to support complex onboarding within a large organisation
- In-depth knowledge of SAP security concepts, including authorisation concepts, user management, and role design
- Experience in SAP ECC, GRC-AC & S/4HANA essential and/or Hybris is highly desirable
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
- Experience in managing a complex plan of work and excellent ability to prioritise work, negotiate and influence stakeholders
- Excellent organisation and planning skills and team player who takes corrective action ahead of anticipated events
- Ability to effectively express thoughts and ideas across all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to thrive in an environment of change requiring flexibility
