We are currently seeking a Guest Liaison to join our bustling Holiday Rental Department as our homes under management & number of bookings grow
Here’s a little bit about us:
Hi there, we are Century 21 SouthCoast Holidays - a family owned and operated business. We are the largest providers of Holiday Home accommodation in Adelaide’s Southern beach-side suburbs. After almost 20 years in the ‘biz’ we’ve earned a reputation for our professionalism & high standards. Our Holiday Home collection consists of a variety of spaces. From Executive Esplanade homes and Architectural builds to cushy coastal homes for families/friends big & small.
- Be available to work 5 days a week (some Saturdays)
- Have a natural, bright and bubbly customer service style
- Have an eye for the details
- Value customer service & the client journey
- Know the local area & its offerings well (Southern Coastal Suburbs + Fleurieu Peninsula)
- Know their way around MS office & tech in general
- Have a strong work ethic
- Know how to manage their time & priorities
- Go the extra mile to support their colleagues (you’ll get the same in return from them & management)
- Stay cool under pressure
- Have the ability to problem solve & bring fresh ideas
& perhaps most importantly, have a good sense of humour
What your average day could look like:
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the department
- Being the first point of contact for guests at check-in through to the last at check-out
- Finding common ground with our guests, building human connection, and ensuring their stay is memorable (meeting and exceeding guest expectations)
- Handling customer concerns in an efficient and proactive manner
- As the face of the company all things front desk & reception

Other Details to Note:
- Some Saturdays shifts are required (9 to 5), but you’ll pick a weekday to have off
- Accommodation Locations include Sellicks Beach, Aldinga Beach, Port Willunga, Maslin Beach, Moana & Port Noarlunga
