We call ourselves “One Team”, I’m the Mortgage broking franchise owner for Balwyn Melbourne and Hornsby Sydney, the company is under the branding of Award Mortgage Solutions. Like many of you, I was a graduate, worked my ass off to get the PR then struggling to secure a job and pay my bill. I was lucky that when I was in deep desperation this broking opportunity came to me. Fast forward, 10 years later, I’m managing 2 companies with over $1 million in profit. The team and I have designed a process for transforming an newbie to over $100K income earner in just 2 years. We call ourselves “One Team” because we help each other out, all team members are not shy to share their experience and success with you, as they can relate to what you’re feeling right now. In simple terms, we were you and you will be us one day.

**A typical day will see you**:

- Develop more channel partners (mainly real-estate agents)
- Search and compare suitable loan options
- Maintain and develop client relationships, identifying future referral opportunities

**About you**:

- Minimum of 1 Year experience working in residential mortgage lending. Experience working within a sales type role with an Australian Bank with a proven track record of closing sales opportunities will be viewed favourable
- Certificate IV and Diploma of Mortgage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Second language preferred, Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Indian, Thai
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly
- Be highly organised and motivated
- Excellent phone manner with a strong sales etiquette. A strong ability to pre-qualify deals over the phone and establish rapport/credibility with any new prospects

**Salary**: Up to $350,000.00 per year
