The **Head Waiter** position is an exciting role that is perfect for a section waiter ready to step up, or a seasoned professional looking to work with the best
- Knowing our product is paramount and you will learn more with every service.
- Understanding how we source produce and ingredients is key in helping tell guests a compelling story.
- Manage your own section, guiding guest through the Omnia experience.
- The position will require flexibility and availability for weekend work as well as a combination of day and night shifts._

Members of the Omnia team are genuinely hospitable, have a broad restaurant skill set and industry awareness and are self-motivated and goal driven.
- Valid Victorian RSA
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent presentation
- Pressure management mind set
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding leadership skills and attention to detail
