Role Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Ascertain clients’ needs and wants

Welcome and greet clients

Manage point-of-sale processes

Booking and rebooking clients

Answering phones and respond to social media

Keep up to date with product information

Accurately describe product features and benefits

Follow all companies policies and procedures

Assist stylists and salon managers in their daily salon duties
