Auto Technician

$70K - $80K dependant on experience + Super + BONUS + RDO's
- Full time. Permanent position + WEEKLY PAY

- Qualified and experience as an automotive mechanic (3 years minimum)
- Diagnostic experience
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A/C licence would be advantage but not essential
- Current full drivers’ licence

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning in a timely manner
- Communication with 2iC and Service Manager
- Road test vehicles when required
- Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer, as well as ensuring customers vehicle is kept clean
- Ensure that required documentation is completed and accurate
- Reports machine defects and malfunctions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our industry
- Ensure that workspace is kept clean, and equipment and tools are kept in good condition and stored properly
- Monday to Friday plus 1 on 2 off Saturdays
