We are now seeking a driven and energetic **Robotic Clinical Trainer** to join our **Joint Replacement & Robotics** team in** Sydney Applications close for this role by end of day June 5th.**

**The role and responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver robotic training activities, with a focus on Partial Knee and Total Knee Arthroplasty, enabling employees to provide robotic surgery support and technical expertise.
- Develop and implement ongoing learning and development activities for existing employees and customers, both in person and in a virtual platform.
- Collaborate with training education team and key stakeholders to develop and implement new processes to improve training efficiencies.
- Implement new equipment and technologies to enhance educational outcomes and competencies in robotic training.
- Provide technical and clinical support to internal and external customers.
- Facilitate and develop robotic on-boarding programs for new employees.
- Partner with Medical Education team to deliver Mako Surgeon training labs.
- Tertiary qualification in physiotherapy, biomechanics, nursing, biomedical engineering, kinematics, robotics or a similar field with a minimum of two years’ experience.
- Attention to detail and skills for making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information.
- Strong problem solving skills, technical aptitude and communications skills.
- Background in training and education with emphasis on adult education.
- Previous robotic experience or knowledge would be highly advantageous, but is not essential.
