**Responsibilities**

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will hold a pivotal leadership position, responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy of the organisation. **Qualifications**
- Proven executive-level experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a senior financial management role within the construction industry in Australia.
- In-depth understanding of construction finance, project costing, and financial reporting, demonstrated through a successful track record of steering financial strategies for significant construction projects.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to optimise financial performance and deliver results in the construction sector.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven history of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams in complex construction environments.
- Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field, combined with extensive experience in construction finance.
