- Provide first-and second level technical support to internal and external customers.
- Respond to and resolve IT-related issues, questions, and requests in a timely manner.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document all support activities in the ticketing system.
- Ensure that all support activities are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Experience as a service desk analyst
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
