The Program requires a Deputy Delivery Lead - Military Planning and Operations (MP&O) with experience translating complex customer requirements and constraints into high-performing, scalable enterprise ICT functional solution especially in large, complex organisations. The resource must have experience in the implementation of complex SAP S4HANA Military Planning and Operations domain within a Commonwealth environment. The Resource must have demonstrated knowledge of and experience in Australian Defence Military Planning and Operations domain, including the Defence ERP Program's drivers and requirements.

The Deputy Delivery Lead - MP&O will support the Delivery Lead to be responsible for assurance and driving all aspects of the Tranche 1B and Tranche 3 (MP&O) within the related functional domain enabling the Solution Delivery Lead to be successful in the delivery assurance of the ERP agreed solution scope; ensuring strategic alignment to Defence transformation objectives.

**Skills**:
The Deputy Delivery Lead - MP&O must have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Minimum 8 years of proven team leadership experience, preferable across a range of SAP Solution Delivery Team Lead roles such as Project Management and Functional Team Leadership.
- Demonstrated deep understanding of SAP Best Practice business processes and optimised SAP solution design from an end user perspective as well understanding of best practice design and architecture that optimizes the end user experience.
- It is essential that this resource has worked extensively within the SAP functional domain and has strong communication skills enabling a clear description of the solution to key business stakeholders.
