**THE COMPANY**

A Sydney CBD based business led by a passionate female CEO, this organisation works closely with various external organisations to provide meaningful learning, education and event opportunities for the sector. Committed to developing and progressing their team, this business boasts a very supportive work culture.

**THE ROLE**

Working as part of a close knit and collaborative team in a business with a strong reputation, your role will be varied, interesting and will see you support all of the learning and development programs that the organisation will run.

Coordinating a learning calendar of webinars, events, courses and programs, your role will see you liaise with customers, facilitators and the wider team to provide high level customer service. An extremely keen eye for detail, strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills will see you thrive as you juggle the duties of this varied and fast-paced role.

**THE DUTIES**
- Provide further detail, develop proposals and generate contracts for customers
- Liaise with facilitators, trainers, customers and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth running of online and offline programs and courses
- Manage product and service delivery within budget
- Work closely with wider team to provide administration and customer service support
- Manage post training feedback surveys and generate relevant reports for executive team

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

To be successful in this varied position you will be professional and dedicated by nature, you will have exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail. Process oriented in how you work, you'll enjoy managing multiple priorities and utilising your strong time management skills to deliver the course programs effectively. You will also be highly adaptable in the way that you work and approach every day with initiative and a problem-solving lens.
- Prior experience within a fast-paced and multi-faceted administration, training coordination or events role
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service capabilities
- Strong system proficiency
