You will gain experience in a range of small to large-scale local projects, which will see you involved in the coordination of drawings and models of various disciplines to accurately deliver drawings and models in accordance with Skrobaki and client delivery standards.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- Working closely with architects/engineers and other designers to coordinate a detailed set of documents and drawings that meet project brief, scope, and specifications
- Carry out technical Archicad operations in accordance with the company systems
- Interpreting construction drawings in conjunction with site plans and discussion/instructions provided by our clients
- Work in accordance with Skrobaki CAD/Archicad standards and any specific project requirements.
- Prepare, and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design
- Have full oversight and quality check of production of design and technical documentation
- Lead small projects, liaising with head office and producing Project progress reports for the lead office
- Responsible for Archicad clash detection and multidisciplinary checks
- Checking project models and drawings for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy
- Working according to the Australian construction standards and practices and computer-based technologies relevant to the role
- Manage and supervise drafting and resources for the successful delivery of all projects.
- Collaborating with industry partners to deliver specialised designs to suit unique projects
- Manage RFI’s, and skilfully liaise with the respective engineering consultant companies to work through approval and issue for construction drawing phases.
- Undertake checking and quality control in accordance with Arcadis CAD standards and any specific project requirements.
- Self-management and co-ordination of drafting processes, data and modelling information
- Mentoring, sharing knowledge, supervision and upskilling the design team regarding Technical Delivery and Model development
- Detailed Construction knowledge
- Attend Site as required for Coordination and Meetings

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural or any related course
- Minimum of 2 years experience using Archicad
- Fluent in written and spoken English is essential.

REMUNERATION
- Salary to commensurate experience and ability

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
