**Your day to day**

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the Reservations department and execute operational plans to meet Hotel sales targets. As Reservations Manager, you will:

- Manage the daily operations of reservations
- Actively contribute to yield management, inventory management and revenue generation
- Provide current, accurate information on both the internal reservation situation and the external market with which the hotel operates.
- Lead, coach and support the team that looks after all FIT reservations and group enquiries

**What we need from you**
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and PMS
- Problem solving and organizational abilities
- Flexible work approach
- Ability to work across multiple diversified business units and market segments
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
- Leader who creates a culture of execution, accountability and outperformance
- Proactive approach, with strong drive for team results and a track record of achievement
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment which offers an environment of multiplicity, uncertainty, and change
- Minimum 2 year experiences in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
