The main focus of the role is the selling and leasing of Commercial, Retail and Industrial properties. Based in Parramatta you will be joining an existing and well established winning team

Day to day you will be responsible for handling the leasing and/or sales processes, liaising with vendors, purchasers, lessors, lessees, solicitors and other parties involved in the leasing or sales process. You will develop effective marketing plans for properties and utilise your negotiation skills to see you succeed and thrive in your business.

To ensure your every success you will have the following:

- Demonstrated experience in a real estate sales/leasing position either from a residential, commercial or industrial background
- Ambitious and motivated outlook to succeed
- Confident communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and competence with MS Office Suite
- Valid Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
