Independent and successful Steel Fabrication company with an established history in NSW of over 20 years, with Production Manager and Workshop crew of up to 12 welders, boilermakers and other workshop staff, creating state-of-the-art advertising structures from start to finish.

**About you**
- 3yrs+ experience Supervising Staff
- 5yrs+ experience in a Factory environment
- Steel fabrication
- Time management
- Staff engagement/motivator
- Workshop planning
- Ability to read and interpret drawings for fabrication and welding requirements
- MIG Welding
- Computer literacy
