**About You**
We are seeking an accomplished and driven professional to join our team. To excel in this role, you will demonstrate:
- **Qualifications**: Registration or eligibility with the Medical Board of South Australia, with a specialist qualification in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
- **Skills**: Excellence in clinical practice, strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, and a commitment to quality improvement.
- **Experience**: Proven senior-level expertise in cardiothoracic surgery, teaching, system development, and quality improvement initiatives.
- **Knowledge**: Deep understanding of quality improvement principles, clinical management, and contemporary health issues within public healthcare settings.
