**The Role**:

- Monday - Friday position
- Manage a tidy portfolio of 65 properties - predominately commercial & retail
- Invoicing of tenants (including outgoings) and arrears control;
- Annual rent increases & market rent reviews;
- Compliance with public authorities (e.g. annual fire safety statements);
- Lease Renewal Negotiations;
- Previous experience in Commercial Property Management
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Own car & Drivers License
- You will be immaculately presented
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
