Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Workflow Coordinator to join our Communications Team within the Utilities business. Based in Wayville, you will have an active role in producing consistent, accurate and efficient work flows for construction and maintenance works in accordance with client and business requirements. Additionally, you will work to achieve optimal coordination of resources, equipment and information to support the goal of all required work being completed on time and within budget.

In this role, you will be responsible for- Completing work tasks in accordance with the relevant Work Instruction and/or Competency Standard.- Scheduling and completing workflow tasks in order to meet or exceed KPIs for project timelines and milestones in accordance with the relevant delivery contract and/or business objectives- Ensuring escalation of any risks or issues which may impact ability to deliver project tasks within OLA timeframes.- Managing own time, workload priorities and plan productive work hours.- Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and identify improvements in the Works Management Systems.- Familiar with work management operating principles and the alignment with Fulton Hogan overall purpose and goals.- Be an active sponsor of Fulton Hogan vision for change and success, along with the steps - goals - needed it to achieve it.- Ensuring records are maintained to meet employee, organisational and statutory requirements.- Communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality of all written and verbal communication.

How you’ll connect to the role- Degree in project management, construction management or relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded.- Relevant experience preferred in a project coordination/scheduling or planning role.- Understanding of telecommunications and/or utilities projects.- Experience in administration or project coordination tasks.- Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.- Experience in the use of Work management systems / Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Project / Primavera P6 scheduling.- Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership
