**What You Will Be Doing**

The Exercise Physiologist will work within Peninsula Health's Community Health team, focusing on adults aged 65+, younger adults with disabilities, and those with chronic conditions or psychosocial issues, including Indigenous and CALD communities. The role involves providing treatment, early intervention, health promotion, and prevention programs to support wellness, self-management, and community participation. Additionally, the Exercise Physiologist will liaise with service providers to ensure coordinated care within the Early Intervention in Chronic Disease (EIiCD) program.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Hold a Bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, or equivalent, with a Masters / Graduate Diploma in Exercise Physiology.
- Registration and accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
- Valid Victorian Driver's License.
- Demonstrated understanding of the pathophysiology of the target pathologies.

**Additional Requirements**
- Please refer to salary circular for ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021 - 2026 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
