**About the role**:
Due to business growth, we have opportunities available for experienced **Supervisors** to work across a variety of rail and steel projects in the QLD area. The key focus of the **Supervisor** is to directly lead and develop a team of field-based staff; ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with our quality standards, delivering on the contractual requirements of our range of customers.

**To be considered for this role you need**:

- Minium 7 years’ experience supervising teams and managing complex construction projects.
- NACE 1 or 2 certified (Highly Desirable but not Essential)
- Experience in asset remediation and infrastructure projects, with blasting & painting, and concrete rehabilitation works. (Highly Desirable but not Essential)
- Familiar with various Industrial paint systems.
- Experienced in quality control management.
