**About the Team**:
the engine room of the business, our central operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.

Our National Labour Team ensures our DCs are equipped with the resources they need to deliver on Coles customer obsession. The team are looking for an experience Rem and workforce planning lead to join the team on a fixed term basis.

**About the role**:
You’ll play a key role maintaining the workforce planning system for our distribution centres (DC) including testing, updating it to be reflective of current enterprise agreements and ensuring accurate labour standards are in place to deliver commercial benefits.You’ll also
- implementing the system into future DC sites
- conducting commercial reviews and analysis
- providing recommendations for improvements, as well as any actions to the DCs
- supporting DC management teams on the operation of the planning module, including ways of working

**About you and your skills**:
We’re looking for someone with technical and retail experience that can take ownership of our WMS system. You’ll also need
- extensive experience working in a retail support environment with a strong understanding of DC operational models and impacts
- experience in developing and maintaining a workforce planning system
- demonstrated experience with business administration, data management, documentation of work processes or operations
- the ability to work independently and effectively in cross-functional teams, aligning competing agendas to deliver a business outcome
- leading effectively, when coaching or sharing knowledge with key stakeholders on metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- proven experience analysing and interpreting data and converting into a presentation for key stakeholders to influence their decision making
- a high level of comfort with MS Office products (advanced MS Excel preferred)
