are a junior/intermediate NSW admitted lawyer with
** minimum 1 PAE **with leading firms/in-house in
**construction/infrastructure/major projects/property development law **(either advisory/transactional or litigation or preferably both);

have strong technical legal/analytical/problem-solving/drafting+ negotiation/advocacy skills;
