**About the Role**:
An opportunity has opened up in our Product Support Specialist team and we are looking for someone to look after Our Roseworthy customer base.

As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for demonstrating and explaining the key agronomic and economic benefits of new to market technologically advanced products to our customers and across our internal network.

Working closely with our Sales and Aftermarket teams and customers you’ll help troubleshoot, resolve issues and present value add services by providing support, education, and training on technology, machine optimisation and agronomic based products, solutions, and farming systems.

You will be required to travel frequently within the Emmetts network to support branches within your AOR, and you will attend Field Days, shows, trade, and other events.

The Right Person Will

Have a passion for agriculture and Technology.
Excel at establishing and maintaining excellent Dealer and Customer relationships.
Ideally have a solid technical understanding of John Deere Machinery
Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Have the desire to understand a customer’s problem and the drive to find a solution.
Be familiar with Australian farming practices in production agriculture.
Have hands-on experience using precision technology and software.
Be comfortable presenting to small and large audiences and delivering information in a clear, confident, and informative way.
Have a good sense of humour and enjoy working in a small, committed team passionate about agriculture.
Have past experience in a similar position will be highly regarded but not essential
