- Monday to Fridday role ( No Weekends )
- Pay Rate up to $52.33 Per Hour+ Super ($101,400 Annually)

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, Day Hospital, No Weekends

**Salary**: Up to $53 per hour (based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Scrub Scout Registered Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:

- Preparing the operating room, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures
- Assisting the surgical team during procedures, ensuring the provision of necessary instruments and supplies
- Maintaining a sterile field and strictly adhering to infection control protocols
- Monitoring patients during surgery and promptly responding to any changes in their condition
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Providing post-operative care and support to patients during the recovery phase

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia or New Zealand
- Proven experience as a Scrub Scout Registered Nurse in a similar setting
- Sound knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand

**About You**:

- You will hold full registration with AHPRA with no restrictions
- You will have at least 2+ Years' experience in tehatre as a Scrub Scout RN
- Possess a strong understanding of surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment. Be familiar with different surgical specialties and their specific requirements.
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations. Assess and anticipate potential risks or complications during surgical procedures.
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team
- Valid Police Check & Working with Children check needed
- Must have full working rights in Australia
