**About the role**

The Fitzroy to Gladstone pipeline is being delivered as a 50/50 joint venture with partners BMD. This integral water supply project comprises of a 117 kilometre water pipeline, intake pump station, intermediate pump stations, reservoirs and a water treatment plant. With the ability to deliver 30 gigalitres per annum from the Fitzroy River to Gladstone, it will support long-term water security for the region as well as the emerging hydrogen industry in Queensland.
- The position of Document Controller sits on this long-term project with future opportunities available within the wider McConnell Dowell business. This position will be based out of the project office located in South Bank.
- As the Document Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementation and maintenance of the project software for document and correspondence control and distribution.
- Retention, retrieval and filing of the project documentation and correspondences.
- Issuance and distribution of controlled documents and maintenance of relevant registers.
- Co-ordination with Managers, Engineers and wider project team on documentation control.
**About you**
- Experience in a similar role within a project environment
- Experience with electronic management systems and ability to adapt quickly to new software.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and time management within a demanding environment.
